drop off

Your drop off time is determined by the first letter of your last name.

Please allow at least 20 - 30 minutes for drop off.  In order to maintain high standards of quality merchandise, all items will be inspected.

check in

You will need to bring your items from your car to the check in tables.  Please have your items sorted by gender and size.  Group them with rubber bands (i.e. boys size 2T together, girls size 5 together).  You will need to assist volunteers in putting your merchandise in the designated areas once they have been inspected.

bring a stamped, self addressed envelope

Please bring a stamped, self-addressed business sized envelope for your check to be mailed to you.  You should receive a check within two weeks.  We will deduct the 30-35% fee and $10 consignor fee from your check.  Please put your consignor number in the BOTTOM LEFT corner of the envelope.  We will mail you your check in this envelope.  If you forget, we will have them available for you to purchase for $1.00.

double check your merchandise

Please double check all tags for accuracy.  We will not be responsible for mistagged or mispriced items, or items without tags.  These are your items and ultimately your money, please follow pricing guidelines to the tee!

sign a waiver

To save time at check in, download the waiver and bring it with you to drop off.  You will need to sign a consignor waiver and donation form if you are donating your unsold items.
Waiver will be posted prior to sale.

volunteer/worker

If you are a volunteer/worker, please go to the volunteer/information table to pick up all presale passes.  Remember, volunteers shop FIRST!

Sunday, Aug 16th, 2pm - 4pm
(for those items not being donated)

PLEASE READ!!!!  If you are unable to pick up your unsold items, please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you. 

instructions for pick up

1. You will be given an instruction form/waiver upon entry
2. You will want to check each location for your unsold items
3. Your items will be inspected before you leave to ensure you have only items that belong to you - you will need to turn in your instruction form at this time

Items not picked up between 2pm and 4pm on Sunday, Aug. 16th, will be donated to a local charity.  The donation truck will be loaded at this time and no entrance will be given to anyone who is late.  We are sorry but we must vacate the building at our scheduled time and it is not possible to take items home with us.
